Co founded by Lori Masters, Harbour Equity Partners was created as a platform to service our high net worth clients with a variety of products. The forefront of the company manages Sovereign Energy, a private fund that takes on trading opportunities in energy, currency, metals, and other markets, using our propriety trading strategies. As a fund we are involved with a network of funds that participate in related opportunities. It is that relationship that allows the several divisions of our company to service the financial needs of the individuals in our industry. Our target for financing is for loans of $500,000 to 15,000,000 and up for super jumbo residential properties, and residential construction. For paper financing, that is, loans against stock portfolios, BGs, LCs, etc. we are looking for financing from 1 million to more than 500 million. Our sources are Real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisors, consultants, brokers, fund managers, traders and analysts etc. Our goal is simply to provide financing for high net worth clients for their various projects.
