We are only interested in dealing with brokers that will assist in the financing and allow us to complete the trans actions, any more involvement then that is simply not productive for us. please see the broker disclosure for more details.

We are partnered with a private equity &  hedge funds that provide financing for us to lend on various projects.

As a broker you can submit a loan and make money on loans up to 90% LTV

Min loan $800,000 to $ no max

Note: Values are subject to change based on appraisal review, we may consider a conventional partner if it benefits the borrower.

Please be advised upon review our management will make the determination what type of program, rate & term the borrower will receive.

Special Asset Monitizing programs: we also have the ability to finance borrowers using the borrower's large liquid assets, stocks, CDs, etc. generally we can lend to 75-80% of the borrower's portfolio

Docs required for residential: 1003, credit. appraisal & asset statements. ( This requires broker to review the "Broker Disclosure below")

Docs required for commercial: Our executive summary template, credit, financials, appraisal, etc.

Broker Compensation: No matter what type of deal you submit your fee is protected. Once you submit by email to your agent your info is documented as the broker of record. As we progress through the deal your agent will call upon you to discuss fees that where represented to the borrower. The total of all broker fees and our office fee will be put in our fee package and disclosures to be signed by the borrower.
